This unique location was designed as a model of affordable, energy saving architecture by local talent Amar Khammash.
Some of its environmentally-friendly features include: 

• Solar assisted heating 
• High levels of insulation 
• Low energy lights in most areas 
• Grey water system for irrigating trees 
• Recycled materials in decorative elements

This revolutionary Center is devoted to promoting Jordan’s natural heritage, allowing you to contribute to saving Jordan’s wildlife and wild places without ever having to leave the city. It is a place with stunning views of old Amman, fascinating architecture, and unique shopping and eating experiences.

Construction of the Wild Jordan Center was financed by USAID Jordan, through the economic development program.

Where is it?

Wild Jordan is located in Jebel Amman, perched high above the old city, with panoramic views across the Umayyad and Roman ruins of Jebel Qala. It is also a brilliant place to see the famous Jordanian flag. Take the Rainbow Street through the first circle to get there, as shown on the map. On-site and street parking is available.

What does it offer?

The biggest nature shop in the Middle East 
Forget your preconceptions of craft and craft shops. Wild Jordan is an interactive shopping experience and our crafts are modern, artsy and different than anything you can get in Jordan.

Our shop is devoted to the unique crafts and gifts made by the people living around Jordan's nature reserves, like Dana and Mujib. All the crafts are inspired by nature and use natural materials. Buying our nature products helps to create jobs and protect Jordan's natural heritage

An amazing Café with wholesome food and electric views
From the same stable as Fakhriddin, Vinaigrette and Nai, the Wild Jordan Café offers snacks and light meals throughout the day and night, in one of Amman's most exciting locations.

Try an evening meal on the "floating terrace", suspended above the old city of Amman, with breathtaking views of the Citadel and the famous flag. The Menu is fresh and varied, with LOTS of salads and fruit to reflect the wild open spaces of Jordan. Many ingredients are grown in or near RSCN's nature reserves, which help to support local farmers.

Tourism information is available to guide you to Jordan's great natural treasures. It’s time you visited the other side of Jordan. RSCN's nature reserves are among the most spectacular landscapes in the Kingdom and they are all open to visitors. Not only do they offer some amazing places to stay, like the Dana Guesthouse, hung on the edge of a precipitous cliff, or the Feynan Eco-lodge, a candle-lit desert retreat, or the 5-star, space-age Mujib campsite on the shores of the Dead Sea. At the Wild Jordan Center, you can speak to our staff members, pick up available information on our facilities and tour programs, and book your visit directly.

Take advantage of our different meeting rooms
The center has a range of rooms and facilities that can be hired for many purposes. These fully equipped conference and training rooms are perfect locations for your meetings, retreats, exhibitions, and workshops.

Azraq Room: A 50 square meter conference room, seating up to 80 people, with audio-visual and sound system and air conditioning. Also ideal for exhibitions and small trade fairs.

Tree Room: A 30 square-meter training room, seating up to 40 people, with full audiovisual system. These rooms can be used in combination with the café and external terraces to provide a fully integrated venue for all your needs - and the building and location cannot fail to impress your clients and guests.
