Wild Jordan takes pride in having teams of passionate and dedicated people. In total we have over 120 staff, organized in 5 main departments. Below we introduce you to these departments and their work.

Management

The Wild Jordan Director and 5 department heads supervise the day-to-day work and encourage and inspire their teams to fulfill Wild Jordan's mission, while providing a friendly supportive atmosphere.

Sales and Marketing

Whether it’s marketing our eco-tourism facilities or promoting our nature products and handicrafts, our Sales and Marketing team strives to generate better income to support local communities and the conservation of nature. Its PR staff also promotes the work of both Wild Jordan and the mother organization, RSCN.

Tourism Unit
As part of Sales and Marketing, the tourism unit can arrange your visit to any of our nature reserves and ensure that you are well cared for. They will reserve your accommodation, sort out your meals and arrange for guided walks and local transport; and also try to meet any special interests or needs if given adequate notice. They can arrange special activities within or from our reserves, such as long distance hikes, and country-wide excursions for observing birds, wild flowers, geology and archaeology, as well as desert exploration tours.

Socio-economic Development and Production

Our socio-economic and production team consists of the local people that live in and around RSCN's reserves and their managers. These talented men and women use their creative skills to produce the finest nature oriented handicrafts, which are all available in our nature shops.

Tourism Development

This creative team is in charge of planning eco-tourism developments and supervising the construction and maintenance of eco-tourism facilities in RSCN’s protected areas, such as lodges, guesthouses, campsites, visitor centers and trails.

Wild Jordan Center

From housekeeping to events management, this team of highly dedicated individuals works hard to ensure that the Center runs in an efficient and smooth manner, and that nothing falls between the cracks.
